These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PiXENDA OS and all services operated by PiXENDA LLC ("PiXENDA," "we," "our," or "us") under the pixenda.ai and pixenda.io domains. By accessing our services, submitting information through a PiXENDA-powered interface, or opting in to receive communications, you agree to these Terms.
PiXENDA LLC provides PiXENDA OS, a private, agentic AI operating system for small businesses. Our services include automated communications, appointment management, lead capture, content generation, and business intelligence delivered on behalf of small business clients who have deployed PiXENDA OS. These Terms apply to all end users who interact with PiXENDA-powered interfaces, forms, and messaging systems.
By providing your phone number and submitting a form or opt-in request through a PiXENDA-powered interface, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from the applicable business.
Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, service updates, and business notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You opt in to SMS messaging by submitting your phone number through a business intake form, appointment booking process, or direct opt-in request that includes the following consent language: "By submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS messages from [Business Name]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Additional opt-out keywords include: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number from that program. To re-subscribe, reply START.
For assistance, reply HELP or INFO to any message. You may also contact PiXENDA LLC at hello@pixenda.ai or reach out directly to the business that enrolled you in messaging.
SMS messaging is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

PiXENDA® is a registered trademark of PiXENDA LLC (USPTO Class 035). All software, interfaces, designs, and content produced by PiXENDA LLC are the exclusive property of PiXENDA LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, trade dress, or proprietary technology except as explicitly authorized in writing.
PiXENDA OS and all related services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PiXENDA LLC does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PiXENDA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including any delays or failures in SMS delivery. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you or on your behalf to PiXENDA LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
