All paid services — including PiXENDA® OS deployments, the AI Operator Bootcamp, and ongoing managed service agreements — are governed by separate written agreements provided at the time of engagement. In the event of a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the specific service agreement governs.
Bootcamp enrollment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are provided in the bootcamp enrollment agreement. All bootcamp fees are due in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PiXENDA LLC treats all client business information as confidential. We do not disclose client names, business details, or deployment configurations to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary PiXENDA® methodologies, system configurations, or software shared during an engagement.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PiXENDA LLC does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Results from PiXENDA® OS deployments depend on factors including but not limited to business type, market conditions, client engagement, and configuration. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PiXENDA LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PiXENDA LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
