Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your activity, scheduled appointments, or open service requests with the business. You can reduce frequency by opting out of specific message types or replying STOP to end all messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PiXENDA LLC does not share or sell your phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing purposes.
No third-party SMS sharing. Your phone number and consent information collected through PiXENDA-powered forms will never be sold to or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is used solely to deliver the communications you opted into.

PiXENDA OS is built on a privacy-first architecture. Client business data is processed and stored locally on hardware deployed at the client's location. No client conversation data or business intelligence is transmitted to third-party AI providers by default.
